I'm supposed to be studying for my exam tomorrow but have spent the morning catching up on tv shows including Gossip Girl. I discovered Gossip Girl much later than everyone else so I ended up watching Season 1 and 2 in a weekend. Now it's pretty much my favourite tv programme. I love all the characters (well except Jenny, brat!) and this season's storyline is better than the previous two and I can't wait to see how it explodes next week!
ITV 2 have posted a trailer for the season finale so if you don't want to see some major spoilers don't watch it! It's after the jump!
However, the producer of GG has come out with this:
“I really encourage people who have seen that promo to tune in and watch the whole episode in context. Those were a few moments that were taken out of context to create the most salacious experience possible. And some people who are having a negative reaction to what they’re seeing I think will have a different reaction when they see it in context. Everyone’s making decisions that are reasonable based on the information that they have. This is a story that has been three years in the telling — going back to the pilot. And that’s a story that we’ll keep telling in season 4. So I don’t think it’s coming out of nowhere. And it lands on everybody. It lands on Dan, Blair, Serena, Rufus, Lily, Nate — every single person has a POV about this, and we’re going to see these ripple effects over time. “
I can't wait to see the finale next week!

Biggest Gossip Girl fan ever!!!! Even went on the Gossip Girl tour last time I was in New York - and it was actually really good :-) Though I was hungover to bits...
ReplyDeleteThere's a Gossip Girl tour?? I never knew that! I've been on the Sex and the City one alright which was great too! Ooh must check that out next time I'm there.
ReplyDeleteSeason One was amazing and the first part of Season Two was good because of the clothes! But the latter half of S2 really put me off the whole thing and I nearly didn't bother watching Season 3!!!! Jenny p*sses me off SO much in this Season....I was really only watching it out of habit until a few episodes ago, but it's becoming good again so wooo!
